Over the years Melody has developed an extensive knowledge of Real Estate and has been awarded three distinguished REALTOR designations. In 2005 she earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) allowing her to best represent her clients as they purchase property. The next year she obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation setting her aside from her colleagues by extensive training and knowledge in many different areas of Real Estate. Some of these areas include contracts, real estate law, financing, pricing property, and marketing. In October of 2006, Melody was also awarded the Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR). This designation allows Melody to best represent her clients who are selling their home with up to date market information, and innovative ways to market their home. This is very important in today's ever changing market. In 2005 and 2006, Melody was awarded membership to the Anderson Area Top Producer's Club where she was recognized for her outstanding Sales Achievements.
